Jason Queen

Biography:

Jason Queen founded Monarch Property Co. in order to address the current disconnect between urban real estate development and the pedestrian experience. Prior to Monarch and while obtaining his MBA and a master’s degree in real estate finance and urban planning, Mr. Queen joined the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Preservation North Carolina in 2010 aiding in historic preservation development as Director of Urban Issues. Jason Queen also has years of experience in commercial real estate research, analysis, and has aided in the completion of more than $60 million in transactions. Jason is a city council-appointed member to Raleigh's new downtown master plan advisory committee, a contributing member to Preservation North Carolina, member of the Urban Land Institute-Young Leaders and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and an Emerging Green Builder designated by the US Green Building Council.
