Biography: Tyler Quast and Blue Star Properties have a twenty year history of successfully acquiring and operating value-add commercial real estate assets across the Chicago metro area. With a focus of helping team members at Blue Star tap into the efficient and effective systems to increase the productivity of the operations of this portfolio, while helping to grow the commercial real estate opportunities through opportunistic acquisitions. Tyler received a Bachelor’s degree in Business from University of Kansas. He is a licensed broker in Illinois and a designated CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
