Amber Richane

Biography: Amber has worked in architecture, interiors and planning for over 15 years. She currently works at Callison on both domestic and international project as a Master Planner and sustainability advocate. She works closely with clients and cities to realize projects. She has extensive experience in analyzing sites, navigating EIR and CEQA requirements, working with cities through the entitlements process and integrating sustainable strategies throughout projects. Amber excels at assessing different development schemes for mixed-use projects by seeking functional design solutions and research-based alternatives. Her skills in examining urban densities, analyzing data and determining efficiencies maker her a valuable asset to any development team approaching large or small scale projects. In addition to her client service, she counsels co-workers about green building rating systems and offers classes for colleagues prepping for the LEED GA and AP exams. She is also a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, considered a mastery level class by the USGBC, and a LEED-AP with both BD+C and ND specializations
