Biography: A sustainability consultant with twenty years' experience in sustainable design and construction, I am adept at leading project teams through the sustainability implementation process and passionate about implementing a holistic and pragmatic approach to all projects. Sustainability must be integrated and feasible, with all team members at the table collaboratively developing project-specific sustainable solutions, no matter how large or complicated the project. Formerly Regional Sustainability Practice Leader of one of the world’s largest A/E firms and Managing Director of a small woman-owned sustainability consulting firm, I joined Sellen Construction in 2021. I have led projects globally through the strategic environmental impact planning and sustainable design and construction processes on a wide variety of government and commercial projects. As Sellen’s Sustainability Director, I oversee the company’s sustainability strategies and enable Sellen project teams to meet or exceed client sustainability goals; from energy and water efficiency, to waste diversion, to embodied carbon.
