Blanca Rodriguez

Biography: With more than 20 years of experience in Finance, Advisory, and Fund Management, Ms. Rodriguez has been actively involved in the capital raising, originating, structuring and execution of over US$6 billion of debt and equity transactions in real estate and infrastructure projects in Latin America, primarily Mexico. Ms. Rodriguez is currently Director of Finance and Capital at Marhnos, a leading Mexican development and fund management company, with more than 6 decades of experience specialized in real estate and infrastructure projects. Prior to Marhnos, Ms. Rodriguez was Managing Director of the Banyan Tree Mexico Hospitality Fund. She is also a Founding Partner of Real Capital Investment Management “RCIM” (formerly DTZ Rockwood Mexico) where she served in various capacities for 10 years. Prior to RCIM, Ms. Rodriguez was the head of New Business and Equity for GE Real Estate Mexico and before GE, she worked with AEW Capital Management and Beacon Properties, both in Boston, MA. Ms. Rodriguez holds a Masters of Urban Planning, Finance and Real Estate; and a Bachelor of Architecture, both from Cornell University. Ms. Rodriguez participates as an independent member of the Technical Committee of Fibra Educa. She is in the Advisory Board of Cuatro Cuatros in Baja California; she is currently a member of the Governance Committee of ULI Mexico and participates in the Editorial Board of Inmobiliare.
