Brian Reames

Biography: Highwoods Properties is a NYSE listed Real Estate Investment Trust founded in 1978 and headquartered in Raleigh, NC. Brian joined Highwoods in 1996 and is responsible for all operations in Middle Tennessee. Currently oversees a portfolio of 3.5 million square feet of office located in the West End, Brentwood, Cool Springs and CBD submarkets. Current developments include a headquarters building underway for AIG at Seven Springs in Brentwood and Ovation, a mixed-use development in Cool Springs which will include 1.4M square feet of office, 480,000 square feet of retail, two hotels and 950 residential units. Additionally, Highwoods has recently broken ground on a 514,000 square foot headquarters building in SoBro for Bridgestone Americas. Brian is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
