Casey Roloff
Biography: Casey Roloff Seabrook President & Founder Casey’s long-time interest in fine homebuilding began with his very first entrepreneurial endeavor: a contract painting service operated during his college years at the University of Puget Sound. Once his wife, Laura, received her art degree and Casey graduated with a business degree in 1995, they fulfilled their dream of moving to the Oregon coast full time. After finding few homes displaying the attention to detail they expected from a home, Casey and Laura built their first home in 1996. They quickly identified an important market void among northwest coastal home buyers - people were seeking more than a house with a view, but a community to go with it. Bella Beach, Casey’s first community, redefined Oregon's coastal real estate market. Bella Beach's huge success confirmed the Pacific Northwest's desire for a friendly, walk-able neighborhood. For Seabrook, Casey assembled a team and decided to build his dream - a beach town on the Washington coast. A decade later, Seabrook enjoys national recognition and is becoming the Northwest’s most popular destination, perched above miles of sandy beach. Throughout the years, Casey continued his commitment to quality and detail. He has kept a strong focus on sustainable living while working and playing at Seabrook. Most homeowners share his passion for place making and appreciate his proven track record in building communities. Casey’s vision for Seabrook, an authentic beach town atop a well-situated bluff on the Washington state coast, has now turned into one of the biggest success stories in the Pacific Northwest. In 2006, Casey was named on the list of Puget Sound Business Journal "40 Under 40." He was also part of the Entrepreneur Organization's Seattle Chapter from 2008-2010. At Seabrook, Casey and Laura enjoy the benefits of a tight-knit community full time, along with their four daughters. If Casey is not guiding a tour around town you'll likely find him on a bicycle - whether it's cruising the streets of Seabrook or exploring the mountain biking trails in the area.
