Eric Roseman

Biography: I am the Vice President of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships at Lincoln Property Company. I live and work in Los Angeles and use our west coast portfolio as the breeding ground for new ideas to pioneer across the united states with Lincoln Property Company. I come from an enterprise software background selling 3D software to real estate owners and developers and after an acquisition by CBRE I ultimately transitioned onto the operator and developer side as I wanted to infuse creativity into the brand new built environment and recognize and adopt early trends in the industry. In addition to my work at Lincoln, I'm an avid skier, cyclists, hiker and traveler. I travel the world seeking deep cultural experiences to help build empathy for the world around me.
