Eric Roseman

Biography: I am the Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships for Metropolis. I am based in Dallas but lead a global team and effort to deploy AI and computer vision based technology into parking assets as well as traditional assets for security & visitor experience. Former, I led Lincoln Property Company's innovation and venture efforts before taking a leap into the operating environment leading growth and expansion for businesses that serve the real estate community. I have built my career recognizing and adopting early trends in the CRE industry and helping traditional operators and investors adopt those technologies. In addition to my work at Metropolis, I'm an cyclists, traveler and father of a toddler.
