Kai Reynolds

Biography: Mr. Reynolds, Chief Development Officer of JBG SMITH, joined The JBG Companies in 2003. He is responsible for leading the development team and has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience managing the development of mixed-use portfolios. He previously served as a partner of The JBG Companies and was a member of the Management Committee. Prior to his tenure at JBG, Mr. Reynolds worked for Gables Residential and in corporate finance for JP Morgan. Mr. Reynolds received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
