Biography: As a strategic planner and visionary, I envision and execute iconic real estate projects that deliver shareholder value on time and within budget within the USA and internationally. Well-versed in large-scale, complex multidimensional developments, I have executed a range of project delivery models, including public-private partnerships (P3) and joint ventures. My project management expertise encompasses site selection, concept plans, programming and strategy, lease and contract negotiations, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, design direction, coordinating consultants, scheduling, and overseeing construction. With a reputation for successfully building relationships and enhancing communication with stakeholders, I secure smooth approvals, negotiate favorable commercial terms and establish talented teams to deliver projects that maximize guest experiences. I underpin my point of difference in knowing what success looks like with a fresh and creative approach that differentiates my projects from the competitors. As Chair of the ULI Entertainment Development Council, I work regularly with industry leaders on new thinking, analysis models and innovative ideas to bring best practices to all I do. I also serve as Vice Chairman of Los Angeles Streetcar, Inc., a non-profit public/private partnership working to bring streetcar service back to downtown Los Angeles. I managed day-to-day development of L.A. LIVE, a 4-million square foot, $2.5 billion mixed-use development program encompassing 27 acres surrounding Crypto.com Arena, including a 1,001-room headquarters convention hotel, 224 Ritz Carlton residences and a 14-screen Regal Cinemas. At L.A.
