Lacy Rice

Biography:

Lacy Rice co-founded FCP, a real estate private equity firm, in 1999. He manages FCP’s for-sale and for-rent residential businesses. and serves on the firm's investment committee. Mr. Rice has 38 years of experience in real estate and corporate finance. Prior to founding FCP, Mr. Rice was a Principal at The Carlyle Group., where he served on Carlye's real estate fund investment committee. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Rice worked at Alex. Brown and Chemical Bank. Mr. Rice is a member of the NMHC's Workforce Housing Council. He also serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and United Bank (NASDQ:USBI). He is a former member of the Shepherd University Board, WV Economic Development Council, the BB&T Advisory Board, and the Mercersburg Academy Alumni Council.
