Soultana Reigle

Biography: Soultana Reigle Managing Director, PGIM Real Estate Soultana Reigle is a Managing Director of PGIM Real Estate. She is the Portfolio Manager for PRISA III, an open-end value-add investment fund. She is responsible for portfolio management of the account which involves executing the overall investment strategy of the account, including selecting appropriate investments and establishing and executing each investment’s strategic plan. She has been directly involved with the account since its inception in 2003. Prior to joining PGIM Real Estate in 2001, Ms. Reigle was a Vice President of Development with Transwestern Investment Company, where she managed numerous office and industrial developments throughout the Midwest, West Coast and select Southwest markets. She was directly involved in all aspects of the development process including site acquisition, budget development, capital raising, leasing oversight, and disposition. Previously, Ms. Reigle worked for three years in the Investment Management group of LaSalle Partners, Inc. Ms. Reigle is a graduate of Northwestern University where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
