Tony Ruggeri

Biography:
Tony Ruggeri is a Co-CEO of Republic Property Group. As co-leaders, Tony and Jake Wagner work hand-in-hand to shape the vision for the company by driving high-level strategy, business planning and leadership development. In partnership with their leadership team, they have evolved their portfolio of businesses and projects to include homeowner’s association administration, hospitality management and technology services. Together, they focus on ensuring the design and execution of places that provide meaningful impact to residents and the surrounding region. Since joining Republic Property Group in 2005, Ruggeri has played an integral role in all facets of development, including project vision development, experiential community programming and marketing strategy. Ruggeri led the launch of a first-of-its-kind telehealth platform and a Makerspace for residents at Walsh in Fort Worth. Both amenities have become a prototype for other communities in Texas. In 2017, he was honored by the Dallas Business Journal in their annual "40 Under 40" awards program. In 2018 and 2019 he was named one of the 500 most influential people in business by D Magazine. Ruggeri started his career in real estate development at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he specialized in retail leasing and tenant representation. A native Dallasite, Ruggeri still resides in Dallas with his wife and four children. In the local community, he serves on the Board of Directors for North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Alumni Board of the St. Mark’s School of Texas.
