Alexandra Stoelzle
Biography: Alexandra Stoelzle is the Director of Development and Land Planning at Kilroy Realty Corporation. She acts as the Assistant Project Lead for the Flower Mart Project, a proposed 2.3-million-square-foot, mixed-use office development in South of Market, San Francisco, at the historic site of the storied San Francisco Flower Mart. The project includes a brand new 115,000-square-foot home for the wholesale flower market in San Francisco. Alexandra also leads the transit and marina infrastructure planning for Kilroy Oyster Point, a 3-million-square-foot waterfront office and life science campus in South San Francisco. In addition to development projects, she works with the investment and asset management teams on site due diligence and specialized leasing efforts. Prior to joining Kilroy Realty in 2014, Alexandra worked as the Supplier Management Coordinator at Daimler AG, where she was responsible for bilingual tracking of global data, facilitating all departmental processes, and acted as the global team project lead for Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation (FCCC) production and the 2013 Detroit Engine Launch. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys traveling, tennis, water sports, learning languages, and playing classical piano. She is co-chair of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders’ Group Steering Committee, co-chair of the CoreNet Young Leaders Programs Committee, co-chair of the NAIOP Golden Shovel Challenge, and a member of the NAIOP I.D.E.A Committee. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association, and SF Symphonix—the young professionals arm of the San Francisco Symphony. Alexandra earned a Master of City Planning and an Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from UC Berkeley and a dual Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University. She is fluent in English and German.
