Biography: September 2005 During Ms. Saegert’s 27 years with the firm, she has primarily represented, investors publicly traded real estate companies, lenders, funds, and corporate users in real estate transactions and other transactions involving real estate. In addition, Ms. Saegert has made numerous presentations to industry and professional associations, international conferences, client groups and the legal community covering complex acquisition & disposition transactions, innovative financing concepts and environmental matters.
