Ann Sperling

Biography: Ann currently acts as an Independent Board Director for public and private companies, including SmartRent and Anderson Holdings and previously, Apartment Income REIT. Ann Sperling most recently served as the Senior Director for Trammell Crow’s Denver Business Unit, where she focuses on principal and fee-based commercial real estate development across all product types throughout the Rocky Mountain Region, including the sourcing of new projects and working with existing and prospective capital partners. Her previous executive roles were as President, Western Region and COO JLL Americas and as Managing Director, Catellus.
