Biography:
BRAD SCHEIB, a vice president and community planner with Hoisington Koegler Group, joined the firm in 1997, became a project manager in 1999 and a principal with the firm in 2001. Brad graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in Community and Regional Planning with an emphasis in transportation systems, geographic information systems and statistics. Upon graduating from college, Brad worked in the planning departments for the Minnesota Cities of St. Paul and Anoka. Brad specializes in land use analysis and planning, transportation and transit corridors and comprehensive community planning. Brad possesses a broad base of redevelopment planning knowledge and is a leader in utilizing strong technical skills to advance defendable planning methodologies and data driven solutions.
