His practice includes retail and commercial leasing, purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, and subdivision matters. Byron’s construction work includes drafting and negotiating construction agreements for owners, lenders, general contractors and subcontractors. He has worked on property exchange agreements between state entities as well as a variety of zoning and permitting matters.
