Biography: Carol Stricklin, AICP, is the Community Development Director for the City of Largo in the Tampa Bay region, where she is responsible for the Economic Development, Housing, Building, Planning, and Community Standards Divisions. Carol has over 30 years of experience in public and private sector planning in Florida. Her areas of expertise include economic development, redevelopment, and affordable housing. She holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Florida and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Carol serves on the Management Committee of the Tampa Bay District of the Urban Land Institute.
