Elizabeth (Libby) Seifel is passionate about creating great urban communities and teaching best practices in real estate and public private partnerships as a faculty member at UC Berkeley. As president of Seifel Consulting, Libby has helped hundreds of public and private clients plan, fund and develop a broad variety of infill projects that achieve triple bottom line objectives, with a particular focus on the development of compact, walkable employment centers, vibrant retail cores and mixed-income housing around transit.
