Bio in Bio binder. Sparicio was senior vice president of Fleet Bank, responsible for the bank's corporate real estate facilities. The portfolio includes 10 million square feet of space and over 800 branches, offices, and operations centers. Prior to joining Fleet, Sparico was responsible for all major real estate transactions as director of corporate real estate for GTE. Earlier, Sparicio served as an officer of Harco, The Hartford Insurance Company's real estate subsidiary. He is an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Parks.
