Geoffrey Stack

Biography: Geoffrey L. Stack is a Managing Director of Irvine based SARES·REGIS Group®, one of the largest, most diversified commercial and residential real estate firms in the West. He is the partner directly responsible for all residential operations of the company including development, acquisitions, finance and management activities. In 1972 he became Director of Acquisitions for the J. H. Snyder Company, where he organized and developed that firm's entrance to the condominium conversion field. From mid-1975 to 1977, he was employed by the Richards West Company until founding Regis Homes in 1977. In 1993 Regis Homes and The SARES Company of Irvine merged to become the SARES·REGIS Group®. During his career, he has overseen the development and construction of over 14,500 apartment units and 7,000 condominiums. His primary responsibilities at SARES·REGIS Group® are to oversee all residential operations and investments. Mr. Stack is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned an MBA at The Wharton School. He is on the Board of Directors of the Tejon Ranch Company (NYSE), a member of the ULI Multifamily Gold Council, Treasurer of the National Multihousing Council and on the Board of the California Housing Council.
