Glen Sibley

Biography:
Glen Sibley Managing Director, Denver Operations McCaffery Glen Sibley is responsible for leading the firm’s Denver operations and executing on the vision put forth by the executive management team. Mr. Sibley has more than 25 years’ experience in the Denver real estate industry, including commercial real estate development, acquisition, leasing, and finance. He has been responsible for nearly $2B in office, retail, residential, and hotel transactions throughout his career, serving in various capacities on notable developments such as the Embassy Suites Hotel at Denver International Airport, the Museum Residences at the Denver Art Museum designed by Daniel Libeskind, and the redevelopment of the El Jebel Shrine. Previously president of the Denver real estate firm, Fliesher Smyth Brokaw LLC, Mr. Sibley also founded Confluence Partners, LLC and formerly served as a Director of Denver Civic Ventures. Glen serves in the Boards of the Davis Phinney Foundation and of the Porter Hospital Foundation, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and former Chair of its Urban Mixed Use Development Council. Glen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
