Gregory Schott

Biography: Greg Schott is the Founder and Managing Principal of Quadrant 62 LLC. His primary responsibilities include overall strategic direction, sourcing investment opportunities, and originating equity capital for the firm’s principal investment activities. Previously, Greg was a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of L3 Capital LLC. Before L3 Capital, Greg served as Senior Vice President with Transwestern Investment Company (currently Pearlmark Real Estate Partners), where he directed the acquisition, development, joint venture structuring, and asset management of retail and mixed-use properties. Prior to joining Transwestern, Greg was Vice President of Development with Joseph Freed and Associates, where he supervised the development of large-scale retail and mixed-use projects, and was an acquisitions officer with LaSalle Investment Management focused on retail acquisitions.
