Jeff Stinson

Biography: As Senior Vice President of Land for Highland Homes, Mr. Stinson leads the team responsible for land acquisition and development across Texas markets, including Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. Joining Highland in 2010, he brought more than two decades of diverse experience in finance, strategic planning, business development, and real estate, having worked with both Fortune 100 firms and entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Stinson co-founded Synthesis Development in Phoenix, where he managed key projects and consulting engagements. His civic involvement includes appointment to the Frisco 2015 Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee and active participation with the ULI North Texas Community Development Council. He earned a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University, an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, where he received multiple academic honors.
