Jo Anne Stubblefield

Biography: Jo Anne P. Stubblefield President Hyatt & Stubblefield, P.C. Jo Anne Stubblefield is a principal in the law firm of Hyatt & Stubblefield, P.C., based in Atlanta, Georgia. For over 30 years, her practice has been devoted to working with developers of resort, residential and mixed-use master planned communities and condominiums throughout the United States and the Caribbean, providing advice and assistance in creating the community governance structure for their projects, planning for ownership and disposition of project amenities, and establishing club membership programs for golf and other recreational amenities. She also assists with developing builder programs and documentation for the sale of property to builders, parcel developers, and retail lot buyers, as well as complying with federal and state land sales regulatory requirements. Ms. Stubblefield is a member of the Georgia bar, a fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and a full member of the Urban Land Institute. Ms. Stubblefield is a frequent speaker on subjects relating to development of planned communities, resort development, and golf and country clubs for organizations including the American Law Institute, the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyes, the Urban Land Institute, the Community Associations Institute and the State Bar of Georgia. She has written and contributed to numerous articles on development issues for various developer/builder and real estate oriented publications.
