Joshua Smith

Biography: Josh Smith has led the financing and development of over $1.5B in public/private partnerships with public and private entities across the country which includes both higher education as well as other government related projects.. His responsibilities include new business development, crafting financing and development solutions and transaction management. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is actively involved in AIAI as well as the Urban Land Institute serving as Vice Chair of the University Development and Innovation Council.
