With over 35 years of experience in the design industry, her expertise in workplace design strategies is informed by a strong network of client relationships, which places her well as a trusted advisor to many of the most respected developers and occupiers in the financial, legal and corporate sectors. As Co-Regional Managing Principal for Gensler Europe and a member of Gensler’s Management Committee and Board of Directors, one of Julia’s main goals is to nurture talent through the power of leadership and learn from the next generation of talent.
