Kristian Spannhake

Biography:
Kristian has diverse experience within the real estate industry, including engineering, construction, and development. Kristian's passion for place-making and space activation combined with his ability to manage diverse teams of stakeholders have led to the successful delivery of a portfolio of complex real estate projects. Kristian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Master’s in Business from Loyola University, is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Kristian has been an active member of the Urban Land Institute since joining in 2011 – he is the current District Council Chair for ULI Baltimore and sits on the National Small Scale Developers Product Council. Kristian's passion for the built-environment led to him and a longtime friend forming a real estate development partnership which focuses on redevelopment opportunities in their hometown of Baltimore City. This partnership became VS Development, a vertically integrated real estate company with a growing portfolio primarily built around adaptive reuse. Member Directory  Arrow
