Kyle Sweeney

Biography: I am a professional in the senior housing industry and have been involved for over 12 years through lending to the space and working at REITs on the investment side. I went through the commercial banking training program at LaSalle Bank and ended up in a division that lent to senior housing operators and investors. Following the acquisition by Bank of America I moved to the investment side by joining Aviv, which was an owner of 150 properties, mostly SNFs. During my time at Aviv we grew the company to over 350 properties and went public. I am interested in learning more about the sector and interacting with my peers in an open setting.
