Lauren Shurtleff

Biography: After spending 15 years with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (formerly the Boston Redevelopment Authority), most recently as its Director of Planning, I have started my own consulting firm, specializing in urban planning and real estate development, LSC Planning & Development, LLC. As a Certified WBE with Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), I specialize in offering strategic guidance on land use, zoning and entitlements, public process and community engagement, urban development, public policy, market trends, and best practices. I studied urban history as an undergraduate at Boston College, and I earned my Master's degree in Urbanization and Development at the London School of Economics.
