Mark Stern

Biography: March 2005 Mark H. Stern, Managing Director of Cresset Capital, focusing on the acquisition of multifamily properties, nationwide. Most recently, Mark was SVP Acquisitions at Waterton. Prior to that, Mark served as Manager of Acquisitions and Dispositions for the Midwest and Denver Region of Moran and Company. Mark began his career at TVO and left as Vice President of Acquisitions. Stern received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy at Colorado College. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.
