February 2004 Michael T. Schueler President Mike Schueler has been an Ohio Realtor since 1975, and a broker since 1977. He earned a B.S. from Northwestern University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago before embarking on a 17 year executive career with Amoco Oil. As president and CEO of Henkle Schueler & Associates, Mike is the driving force behind every deal the company makes. His ability to select properties with an eye toward growth and profitability is the cornerstone for the company’s continued success. His personal dedication is displayed throughout Southwestern Ohio in such projects as: the $50 million development, construction and management package for 460,000 square feet of fitness and medical office space for Mercy Regional Wellness Centers in Fairfield and Anderson Township; the development of The Beach Waterpark, that is owned and managed by Henkle Schueler; the development of several business parks including the 552 acre Lebanon Commerce Center. Mike not only cares about his company, he spends much of his time giving back to the community. He is on the Development Committee at his former alma mater, on the board of trustees and a leader in raising funds for the College of Mount St. Joseph, President of the non-profit organization, Little Miami, Inc., Chairman of the Warren County Republican Party Central Committee and a member of the Republican Party State Central Committee.
