He has completed projects in 17 municipalities and six counties. His resume includes master planning, entitling, and improving over 17,000 residential units in over 25 different projects. Nate has ensured his two company's continued success by growing the horizontal build-out value of current assets under management to over $700 million and the vertical build-out value to $2.1 billion. It is Nate's first and foremost priority to create places where people can live, grow, and create lasting memories with their families. Within these communities, Nate has developed space for five schools and more than 10 churches, and has established over 200 acres of parks, 50+ miles of trails, and more than two dozen playgrounds. In the last quarter alone, he planted over 600 trees. In addition, substantial investments have been made to integrate larger community gathering places into his overall projects. Examples include an outdoor stage that serves as a platform for local summer gatherings and a 3,000 seat rodeo arena that hosts a PRCA rodeo every spring. Nate focuses on establishing parameters with local municipal leaders to ensure that his overall master plans fit within the city goals and meet market needs, especially those of Millennials. From meticulously strategized open space and curve-a-linear street design, to specific product diversification, Nate carefully plans for the needs of the homeowner, community, and city. It has become Nate's vision to design and cultivate each project so that it grows more beautiful over time. Member Directory  Arrow
