Biography:

Paige Shipp is the Director of Development-Texas at Avanta Residential, a developer and manager of premier build-for-rent neighborhoods across the country. In her role, Paige leads the acquisition, entitlement, and due diligence for communities throughout Texas. With more than 20 years in the new home industry, Paige’s experience includes land acquisition and development, consulting, market research, and land banking. Prior to joining Avanta, Paige served as the Dallas-Ft. Worth Regional Director for Zonda advising home builders, developers, and financial institutions on how to navigate housing and economic market conditions. She also worked at John Burns Real Estate Consulting conducting feasibility studies and strategic planning engagements in Texas and across the US. Paige earned her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Member Directory
