Paul Slye

Biography: Paul E. Slye Founder & CEO, Pinnacle Capital Management Services Mr. Slye has 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Paul was previously a Co-Founder and Managing Member of Brentwood Capital Partners (BCP) which was established in 2005. BCP is a full-service real estate investment, development and management company investing across a broad spectrum of asset classes and markets. Prior to that, Paul was a Director of AEW Capital Management with responsibility for the management of equity investments in public and private companies with valuation in excess of $1.7 billion, the recapitalization and sale of a portfolio company, and new equity investments of over $400 million. Furthermore, Paul has led the development of a $550 million national property portfolio, and a $220 million commercial mortgage banking portfolio on behalf of a regulated financial institution and a private regional developer Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University and is a licensed real estate broker. In addition, he is an active member of numerous educational fundraising entities, the Urban Land Institute, the Westside YMCA, Echo Horizon School, John Tracy Center, and St. Augustine’s Episcopal Church. Paul has been pleased and honored to serve on several ULI Advisory Service projects across the country.
