Biography:
Samuel C. (“Trip”) Stephens, III is Chief Investment Officer of ZOM Living. He has been involved in the acquisition, management, development and sale of real estate in Florida since 1984. Trip joined ZOM Companies in 1986, and has directed the acquisition and sale of ZOM real estate holdings totaling in excess of $3 billion. Trip directs the underwriting, capital structuring, asset management and disposition activities for various ZOM affiliated ventures. He is also responsible for capital sourcing, investor relations and partnership administration. Trip received a B.S. degree in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, a member of ULI and the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Trip is past Board Chair of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, and continues to serve in Coalition leadership. Member Directory  Arrow
