Biography: Seasoned manager with 25+ years of real estate experience in acquisition, brokerage and development of residential, commercial, hospitality (select and full-service), mixed use and industrial real estate. HIGH ASSOCIATES, LTD. 1989- Present The High Real Estate Group (HREG) is a consortium of real estate service capabilities consisting of development, management, brokerage, asset management, syndication, design and construction services. HREG manages over six million square feet of commercial and industrial space, as well as owns and manages/ nearly 3,000 apartment units and 14 hotels in the Hilton and Marriott franchises. They provide real estate expertise to related High companies in the hotel, steel fabrication and precast concrete businesses and manage a portfolio of 250 buildings.
