Timothy Sprague

Biography: BUSINESS BACKGROUND Mr. Sprague is an owner/founding partner of Habitat Metro, LLC, a Phoenix, Arizona based firm currently developing residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The projects include Portland Place Condominiums and Portland on the Park Condominiums mid-rise redevelopment projects located in the Roosevelt Historic District in downtown Phoenix, the Oasis on Grand, an adaptive reuse conversion of a 100 unit “SRO motel” into a 60 unit rental community focused on artists, and the repositioning of the Lexington Hotel located adjacent to Phoenix’s Hance Park into the Foundre, an arts focused boutique hotel and restaurant. Mr. Sprague’s career includes the practice of law, president/executive director of a private investment/merchant bank and CEO of a subsidiary of eBay. PERSONAL Mr. Sprague is married to Jennifer H. Sprague and they have four children with ages ranging from 26 to 33. Mr. Sprague is the past president of the Episcopal Habitat Coalition, a collection of 17 parishes that annually build 3 Habitat for Humanity homes in Arizona and abroad. He is a member of the Sustainability Advisory Committee to Mayor Stanton of Phoenix, past member of the board of the Roosevelt Action Association, is a member of the steering committee for the Grand Avenue Members Association and is the President of the Hance Park Conservancy. He enjoys bicycling, golf, tennis, and plays bass guitar in CRISIS, a rock and roll band with four other business executives from Phoenix. Mr. Sprague is a past member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association and the Young Presidents’ Organization (Arizona Chapter).
