Adrienne Teleki
Biography: Currently a market and development consultant, Adrienne brings a strong background in market-rate, mixed income housing and mixed-use urban redevelopment to her advisory work. Most recently, she was affiliated with Willdan Financial & Economic Planning Services, with projects ranging from downtown revitalization, obsolete retail and mall repositioning, to economic development anchored-strategic planning for suburban to large municipalities. Her prior real estate development experience includes six years with Summit Properties (NYSE: SMT) and its successor Camden Development (NYSE: CPT) in Washington, DC. In project manager and VP roles, she managed the development and construction of more than 1,300 market rate rental units in projects ranging from adaptive reuse of two National Historic Register buildings in downtown Washington, to two new 500-unit communities located near transit centers in suburban Maryland and Virginia. At JPI, a national multifamily apartment builder, she sourced New York metro area multifamily projects ranging from $75–100 million for four years. She also served as Senior Project Manager at Jonathan Rose Companies in New York where she focused on mixed-income and affordable housing projects. At JRCO, she completed the rehabilitation and modernization of the 1920s-era YWCA Residence for Women in White Plains and led the company's involvement with Gowanus Green, an 800-unit infill development in Brooklyn. Prior to real estate development work, Adrienne directed the Urban Land Institute (ULI)’s Advisory Services Program in Washington, DC for six years where she led more than 30 consulting assignments across the US address issues from inner-city revitalization to downtown redevelopment and base closure reuse.
