Biography:
Ashley Terry serves as the Vice President of Development for Wheeler District. As Vice President, she oversees the implementation of the masterplan and strategic operations of development across the district. Wheeler District is a growing community situated on the south bank of the Oklahoma River. While honoring the site’s history as a downtown airpark, the modern development offers residents varied housing options in a walkable and bikeable community. Terry has been instrumental in transforming the district into a vibrant, mixed-use community, implementing the project’s innovative approach to urban development. Her leadership has not only driven economic growth but has also fostered a sense of community and sustainability within the district. In addition, Ashley serves as the Governance Chair for the Oklahoma District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), as ULI Americas Executive Committee (AEC), as board member for Calle dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill, as a board member for Oklahoma City Foundation for Architecture, and as a board member for Independent Retail Community Initiatives. She has a Master in Business Administration and a BA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma.
