Gerry Tully
Biography: Mr.Tully has more than 38 years of experience providing planning, design, management and landscape architecture for development projects across all product types and scales. His areas of expertise include residential master plans, commercial centers, redevelopment and repositioning of real estate assets, urban in-fill and high-density development. He is skilled in providing planning and design for transit-related developments, town center and commercial shopping districts, single-family subdivisions, multi-family planned unit developments, and large scale master plans. He has designed and entitled development projects throughout the western United States and has consulted on development projects in Ireland, Saudi Arabia and Oman. His projects often include land use studies focused on the repositioning of current uses as well as long-range development strategies for large parcels and multi-parcel land holdings. He is a licensed landscape architect, a LEED accredited professional and an Envision Sustainability Professional certified by the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. He has been a partner in an award winning Salt Lake City land development company that specializing in building in-fill and transit focused projects and traditional neighborhood residential communities. An active member of ULI for more than two decades, he has served as Chair for the ULI District Council, a member of the Program Committee and a participant in a number of Advisory Service Panels. Mr. Tully is also an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Utah’s College of Architecture and Planning as well as the Business School’s Masters Program in Real Estate Development.
