Glen Tulk

Biography: Glen Tulk is the Corporate Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition & Development at Meritage Homes, providing executive leadership and support to the land acquisition and development teams in Meritage's 18 divisions nationwide. He is a member of Meritage's Land Committee and is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard land acquisition and development procedures and processes for the organization. Glen has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 25 years in land acquisition, entitlement, and development positions with public and private homebuilders.
