Paulina Torres
Biography: Paulina Torres leads Sustainability and ESG Research for the Americas. Her responsibilities include driving thought-leadership in the field of sustainability for her region and globally. Additionally, she is expanding JLL Research’s tracking, analysis and reporting of various ESG and related CRE metrics to align with shifting business needs, support our Sustainability Services business lines and broaden JLL’s sustainability research platform. Prior to joining JLL as a Research Analyst, Paulina was an Analyst at David Taussig & Associates in their energy-efficiency financing team (HERO) where she prepared lien payoff calculations for homeowners, title companies and other interested parties and collected, interpreted and reported data concerning loan payment trends and patterns. Paulina holds a Master of Science degree in Economic Development and Growth from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and double Bachelor’s degrees in Business Economics and Spanish from the University of California, Irvine. She is an active member of Orange County Communities Organized for Responsible Development (OCCORD). She has strong interests in sustainability, decarbonization, community development, city performance and urban economics.
