Hannah Untereiner

Biography: Hannah supports development and construction efforts for Redbrick LMD’s 4 million square foot pipeline of private, mixed-use developments and public-private partnerships. She assists the partners and SVP of Development Stephan Rodiger on sourcing future acquisitions, analyzing project scopes and budgets, managing feasibility, zoning, entitlement, and design, securing retail and office tenants, and overseeing the construction process. Prior to joining the Redbrick team, Hannah worked on site acquisitions, and grocery store development and construction at Lidl. She was part of the original real estate team that determined Lidl’s U.S. expansion strategy and opened Lidl’s first 50 U.S. grocery stores across Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia. Hannah volunteers on the Steering Committee for the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the Urban Land Institute. She received a B.A. with Distinction in American Studies from Yale University.
