Bryan Vaughn

Biography: Bryan has twenty years of commercial real estate experience with a strong background in ground up development and real estate investment. His experience has taken him throughout the United States sourcing and delivering investment opportunities through the processes of underwriting, lending, acquisition, land use, construction, stabilization, asset management and disposition. Bryan has developed multiple grocery anchored shopping centers, mixed use and multifamily projects. Bryan offers an extensive background in tenant and landlord representation in the shopping center industry and has worked with some of the best-in-class retailers in multiple states. Bryan has been with Colliers since 2020 focused on retail and investments. Previously, Bryan, was with a Boise based real estate development company were he last served as a development partner since 2002.
