James Viviano

Biography: Jim is the Managing Principal for AECOM Atlanta Buildings + Places and is responsible for the financial and operational success of the office. With more than 35 years of design and construction experience, Jim has specialized in large scale commercial mixed-use developments. Much of his experience has focused on the renewal and re-purposing of existing properties, by transforming them into new vibrant urban centers. As an advocate for sustainability, Jim is passionate about designing and constructing better buildings and communities for the enhancement of people’s lives and for the success of our clients and firm. He is a proven leader and strong team-builder, laser focused on providing the best solutions for the client’s businesses. Jim understands the importance of mentoring and is active in many professional organizations and community outreach programs in Atlanta, Georgia helping to train and develop future leaders.
