Chris Waggett

Biography: Chris has over 37 years’ experience working in the UK, Continental Europe, Australia and since 2006 in the USA, in both Development and Funds Management, with sector experience in industrial, business-park, CBD office, apartment, condo, single family and master planned community development, as well as operational experience within the age-restricted/senior living sector. He is a Founding Partner and CEO of D4 Urban (est. 2/1/11) responsible for the Strategic Direction and Tactical execution of the transformation of Broadway Park (aka Denver Design District redevelopment) a 70 acre land holding in Denver, CO. Additionally, he leads the property/asset management and leasing of the existing assets that also include the 250,000sf Denver Design District.
