Chris Weekley

Biography:
As President, Chris will be focusing on our developer relationships and having an increased visibility representing the Weekley brand on behalf of the company. He also serves as a key resource for the high density initiatives throughout the company. Chris has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and joined David Weekley Homes in 2007. Originally a part of the Austin Division, he began his journey as a Builder and subsequently a Sales Consultant. Prior to being President, Chris also worked as a Project Manager, Division President and Vice President of Central Living and Innovation. During his tenure as Project Manager and Division President, in 2008 Chris launched Weekley’s new line of low-maintenance homes in already-established areas, Central Living by David Weekley Homes. He has overseen the construction and development of more than 30 centrally-located communities and under Chris’s direction, the Central Living brand has rapidly expanded to include more than 75% of the markets in which we build. Prior to joining Weekley, he previously worked as a Project Manager for a condominium and townhome developer in San Francisco. Home building is in Chris’ blood. His father, David, founded David Weekley Homes in 1976, and was delighted to welcome his son’s experience and unique insight to high-density construction and other innovations for the company.
