Cynthia Wilusz Lovell

Biography: Cynthia is an executive vice president and division manager in Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate Group. Based in San Francisco, she is responsible for managing a more than $20 billion loan portfolio and a team of commercial real estate professionals who provide balance sheet debt products and financial services to commercial and residential real estate developers, operators, and investors. These products include senior secured and unsecured debt, recourse and non-recourse debt, as well as structured debt products. Cynthia has held various leadership positions in Wells Fargo’s Corporate Banking, Capital Markets, and Commercial Real Estate groups in both San Francisco and New York City. She serves as Chair of one of ULI National’s product councils, is a member and past treasurer of ULI’s San Francisco District Council, is a member of Lambda Alpha International, and is a former board member of the non-profit, Rebuilding Together Peninsula. Cynthia earned a B.S. in business administration, with a minor in economics and honors concentration in financial services from St. Mary’s College of California.
